The heart of the Eastern Province
Recruitment offices and domestic help in Dammam
Dammam is the centre of the Eastern Province; with Khobar and Dhahran it forms one urban area where people travel daily between the three cities for work and school. It is home to large Saudi families, families of employees of major companies, and resident families in districts and compounds.
With SaudiMaid you describe your family’s needs once, and your request reaches licensed recruitment offices and domestic labour companies serving Dammam, who contact you with written offers.
What Dammam households need
Homes in Dammam range from family villas in new districts to flats in apartment buildings and houses in residential compounds. In large homes, recruiting a live-in worker is common; in flats, many families choose hourly help.
In many Eastern Province families both parents work long hours, so they need a nanny or help organising the children’s day. Some homes have an older relative who needs everyday non-medical help.
Many resident families live in the area, and some conditions can differ by the employer’s status — the licensed provider explains them.
Private drivers between Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran
Travelling daily between Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran is part of life for many families: schools in one city, work in another, shopping in a third. So drivers who know the roads between the three cities are in demand.
Make sure the driver holds a valid Saudi licence and that the contract sets working and rest hours, especially with long trips between cities.
Seasons and licensed providers
Demand rises before Ramadan and Eid, at the start of the school year, and in summer when some families travel and others return. Book early in these periods.
Dammam has a number of licensed recruitment offices and domestic labour companies, and we only pass your request to licensed providers. If you’re in Khobar, Dhahran, Qatif or Jubail, each has its own page.
Always check a provider’s licence through official channels before any agreement, and get the offer and contract in writing — it protects your family and the worker’s rights.
