Domestic worker recruitment in Dammam
In Dammam’s villas and new districts, many families recruit a live-in domestic worker to help with housework and childcare. With SaudiMaid your request reaches licensed recruitment offices in the Eastern Province, who contact you with written offers.
Define what your family needs
Before requesting, write down what the family really needs: housework, childcare, help in the kitchen or help for an older relative. A precise description helps the office suggest what suits and makes the duties in the contract clear from the start.
If you live in a residential compound, ask management about any requirements for the worker’s accommodation or entry, and tell the office.
Through a licensed office and official channels
Recruitment happens through a licensed recruitment office or company and an official domestic work contract. Ask about the guarantee period, contract insurance and the expected timeline, get it all in writing, and never pay without a clear contract.
Some conditions differ by the employer’s status — if you are a resident, ask the office what applies to you before signing.
A comfortable start
Prepare a clean, air-conditioned, private room, and use the first days to introduce the worker to the home and the family’s routines. Read preparing your home for a new domestic worker.
