About us
We shorten the way to a licensed provider
When a family needs help at home, the search begins: many adverts of unknown origin, irregular “transfer” offers, and the same questions repeated to every provider. We built SaudiMaid so you describe your family’s needs once, your request reaches licensed recruitment offices and domestic labour companies who contact you with offers, and you can focus on comparing and deciding.

What we do
You tell us the service you need, your household size and duties, the arrangement, the city and start date — and we pass your request to licensed providers that serve your city, who contact you with written offers.
We are a matching service only: not a recruitment office or labour company. We don’t recruit, employ, sponsor or transfer any worker, we don’t show worker profiles, photos or lists, and we don’t endorse any particular provider. Our role is to pass on your request clearly and help with guides such as the official recruitment steps and how to choose a licensed recruitment office.
What we believe in
Dignity
A worker is a person with rights, not a “service” picked from a list. We show no profiles or photos, compare no nationalities, and never ask about age, religion, appearance or marital status.
Official channels
Every service goes through a licensed provider and an official contract. We take no part in any arrangement outside official channels, such as transfers between families or work for third parties.
Clarity
We explain services and what drives cost in plain language, without misleading prices or unrealistic promises — which is why our cost page has no figures.
Privacy and freedom to decide
We only share your details with your consent, with the providers relevant to your request. Requesting offers commits you to nothing — you compare and decide.
We ask families to respect rights
In every request, the family confirms that it understands the service is provided by licensed providers under an official contract, and that it will respect the worker’s rights. We explain these rights positively on the rights and obligations page, because a dignified relationship is the basis of success for both sides.
We work only with licensed providers
We are building a network of licensed recruitment offices and domestic labour companies in each city. We ask every provider for its licence number and check it before any request reaches it. We will describe how we select partners here once that process is complete. Still, check the provider’s licence yourself through official channels before contracting, and get the offer and contract in writing.
