Domestic worker recruitment in Riyadh
Many Riyadh families recruit a live-in domestic worker, especially in large villas and homes with young children or an older relative. With SaudiMaid your request reaches licensed recruitment offices serving Riyadh, who contact you with written offers.
Before you start
Define your family’s needs precisely: help with housework, childcare or cooking? In Riyadh’s large villas, mention the number of floors and majlis rooms so the office understands the workload and suggests what suits.
Prepare suitable accommodation before the worker arrives: a clean room with ventilation and privacy. A comfortable start shapes the whole relationship.
Through a licensed office and official channels
Recruitment happens through a licensed recruitment office or company, an official domestic work contract and official channels that follow the request until arrival. Don’t deal with “ready workers” offers outside these channels, and never pay without a clear contract.
Ask the office about the guarantee period, contract insurance and the expected timeline, and get it all in writing. Read how to recruit through official channels.
